Seita Holiday Resort was born out of cross-country skiing and it continues to be our main activity. An extensive 330-km network of cross-country ski trails - Lapland's largest continuous ski track network - can be entered directly from our yard as soon as the first snow falls.

We are located in Äkäslompolo village, where nature is Lapland at its very best with its seven peaks, forests, rivers and lakes.

Ylläs is a dream come true also for a downhill skier, snowboarder or telemark enthusiast: 61 slopes, 29 ski lifts, half pipes and snowboard streets, off-piste slopes, bumps, ski schools featuring weekly programmes - there's plenty to choose from! The newest feature is Gondola lift with the longest ride in Finland.
