Seita Holiday Resort was established in 1947 when Anja and Evert Kurkkio moved to Äkaslompolo.

Our enterprise has developed considerably since those days. The inn-type rooms built by the first generation are still there as a reminder of tourism traditions of the post-war period. In their immediacy there has become Hotel  Seita and Seita Cottages.

Seita Holiday Resort meets the requirements of today's demanding travellers. The amenities are modern, but our cosy and personalised service, refined over decades, reflects the best traditions of Lappish hospitality.
